According to queenmomcat, Bongo emerged after I went to bed lat night and played for a while with Zazu's toys. I missed that, having gone to bed early, but it's nice to know that he's getting more comfortable with his new home.
Up early this morning for more medical stuff, specifically an MRI with contrast for queenmomcat. That didn't actually take that long (says the guy who sat reading in a waiting area while the test was going on). I started another book for work: a YA novel called Because You'll Never Meet Me by Leah Thomas. I didn't get very far into it, but it's enjoyable enough at the start.
Back home, I spent some time online, including finishing updating my LiveJournal for the last week or so. After that, I took a comparatively short nap. That left me energized enough to finish reading The Robot Scientist's Daughter (14/3,408), which is a poetry book I started back in April.
The evening was a pretty quiet one. I spent some time reading cartoon collections, because my brain kinda turned off after dinner. Oh well. I on;t have anything particular scheduled for tomorrow, so that's fine. Maybe I'll be able to finish another book I've had lying around for several months.
