Up at a decent hour this morning, and drove to the junior high to our north for a half-day of subbing for the eighth-grade science teacher. It was a pretty easy assignment: the classes corrected some old worksheets and then started on a new one. It was bitter cold and there was snow falling all the time I was there, but nothing seems to have accumulated on the roads to hinder my drive home.
Back home, I spent my usual time on the computer and then took my usual nap. In the evening, queenmomcat and I went out for our weekly dinner date. It was still bitter cold when we went out and the wind had picked up. If this continues tomorrow, I may just spend as much of the day as I can indoors. (I have to go out in the morning to have some blood drawn, but after that, I think I'll take advantage of the four walls and central heating.)
